Special about Bardiya National Park
Bardiya national park, establish in 1988, is the largest protected and undisturbed national park in Nepal. Flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj or Surkhet is easiest way to reach Bardiya national park. You can also drive via East West highway from anywhere in Nepal.
Baridya NP is Tiger conservation area and you could travel hours without seeing anybody in the jungle. Bengla Tigers, one horn Rhino, wild Elephants, Leopards, the Gharials Croc and Sarus Crane are frequently seen Mammals and birds in the Park. There are some points in the park that you can seat and spot the tigers. Be sure to tell you local guide for best view of the place.
If you are brave enough you could possible go with guide with packed lunch to the jungle, but it would be in your own risk. You could do jeep drive as well.
